5 out of 5 starsOne of the beautiful porcelain soldiers I purchased was damaged owing to mishandling by the Postal Service, despite the great care taken by Doug in packing the items, which even included a page of detailed instructions on how to safely unpack them. Doug responded immediately and forthrightly to my communications about the damage and issued a full refund for the soldier, assuring me that even if the insurer would not cover the damage (it did), I would be taken care of. I could not be more impressed with this outstanding seller.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - my shop has shipped parcels to happy customers in dozens of countries located on 6 continents. If you don't see your country listed as a shipping destination, please contact me for a shipping quote to your location.
Your country may impose duty/tax/VAT and/or parcel handling fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Outbound and return shipping charges will not be refunded due to failure to pay VAT and/or parcel handling fees.
Please be aware it is unlawful for me to falsify dollar amounts on customs forms or to mark your purchase as a "gift" in order to avoid duty charges; please refrain from asking me to do so.
Please send your phone number when you place your order to expedite delivery.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Items are typically shipped within two business days of purchase, with the majority shipped the day they are ordered. Actual delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and are subject to unanticipated postal service/weather delays.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. Contact me for rates and delivery time frames before purchase.
Do you have a layaway plan?
Yes. Layaway is available for items priced in excess of $100. Please contact me for rates and terms.
Is my purchased insured?
All purchases are fully insured. According to insurance carrier stipulations, all items sold for $750 or more are shipped with a signature required on delivery.
My purchase was damaged in the mail. What do I do?
No worries - all purchases are fully insured. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please notify me immediately upon receipt of the parcel.
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods must not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to me before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in claim denial.
Photograph the damaged item and all packing materials for insurance documentation purposes - multiple photos are recommended. During the claims process, a signed claim statement/affidavit will also be required. Please note claims adjustors may ask to examine the parcel when the claim is filed.
I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
Customers must contact me within 14 days to initiate returns and are responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance. Items are often fragile/irreplaceable thus full insurance is required. Retain insurance documentation/parcel tracking numbers for your records.
Items must be received by me in original undamaged condition. Use of new packaging material is highly recommended to protect you against liability for damage in shipment. Refunds will be issued after the parcel has arrived and the contents have been examined for potential damage in shipment. Refunds will not be given for items that are lost/damaged in shipment.
Please note I do not refund shipping costs either way on change of heart returns or failure to pay VAT.
